Consumer group Which? and commentator OpenSignal valued data regarding mobile phones across 20 municipalities in the UK.
They suggest “critical” improves are needed to provide a better services for customers.
Ofcom said its rules signify “virtually all” UK premises would have to receive a 4G signal by the end of the year.
The OpenSignal study analysed more than 500 m data interprets from mobile phones taken away from more than 30,000 useds between December 1 2016 and February 28 via an app.
